Fileja is a type of pasta typical of Calabria, precisely of the area of Vibo Valentia. It has an elongated and curved shape. This type of pasta is obtained by mixing semolina with dried porcini mushrooms. It is an ideal alternative to risotto, excellent to be cooked with a knob of butter and a sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano once it has been served. Made with Italian wheat, bronze drawn and slowly dried.
