Tipico agrume calabrese, un limone gigante dalla buccia spessa tanto diffuso in Calabria da avere una zona della costa tirrenica ed un paese che prendono il nome da questo agrume. Usato in mille modi in cucina a partire dalla famosa e gustosa in insalata con olio sale ed aceto, ad essere usato come aroma naturale su carne e pesce è anche diffusissimo in pasticceria e gelateria. Non possiamo non accennare alla bevanda e alla granita fragrante ed estiva ottenute dalla premitura di questo agrume. Li raccogliamo dagli alberi solo dopo aver ricevuto il tuo ordine e li spediamo a te rapidamente in modo da garantirti la freschezza del prodotto e la vita più lunga possibile del cedro sulla tua tavola. Il prodotto cresce in campo aperto su alberi non trattati chimicamente e coltivati bassi con tecniche tradizionali. La raccolta è fatta a mano.

SONO BELLI E NON RUGNOSI
nearly 4 weeks after my order (from 15.03.2024), I got the cedar fruits (together with other items I ordered).
It was really a pity, but the delivery was delayed due to some items, which have not been available instantly.
Obviously, the cedar fruits waited under bad conditions - about half of them have been full of mould, so that I have to throw it away... Out of the residual fruits, half of them were mature, the others not at all.
Instead of having either two deliveries or putting the items together, when everything is available, I found a lot of reject.
I wrote an e-mail asking for refund of the expensive fruits, but up to now, no reaction.
Ho trovato i cedri e gli avocado molto buoni. Migliorerei l'imballaggio, infatti gli avocado sono arrivati piuttosto ammaccati. Comunque ripeterò decisamente l’acquisto.

purtroppo 2 kg dei bergamotto e 1.5 kg dei cedri erano ammuffiti - vedi fotos nel email. Preghiamo di inviare sostituzione.
