Black Olive Pate
Black olive pâté is a cream that is usually used spread on bruschetta and canapés or added by the spoonful to give an extra touch of flavour to dishes such as pasta or meat salads.
212 ml glass jar.
Ingredients: black olives, chilli pepper, parsley, garlic, flavourings, olive oil.
Suggestion:First of all put the pasta into plenty of boiling salted water. In the meantime put the pate in a frying pan with the fresh cheese. Add a few tablespoons of the pasta cooking water and let it melt and mix together over a low heat.Pasta with Olives and Fresh Cheese Add the Grana Padano, pepper and salt to taste. Stir and leave to rest off the heat for a few moments. Drain the mezze maniche and toss them with the sauce. Serve and add a little chopped parsley to each portion.
