Pasta-Fileja with red hot pepper of Calabria 500 gr.
Fileja is a typical Calabrian pasta, precisely from Vibo Valentia. It has an elongated and curved shape. This type of pasta I am talking about is chili pepper pasta. Produced with Italian wheat, bronze drawn and slowly dried. This pasta is good to eat with tomato and fresh basil sauce and a sprinkling of grated pecorino cheese.
