Fileja is a type of pasta from Calabria, precisely from Vibo Valentia. It has an elongated and curved shape. This type of pasta is obtained by combining the semolina with squid ink. Ideal for cooking delicious first courses as well as the classic recipe with fresh cherry tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, NUBIA garlic and red shrimp from Mazzara.
