the flavors of 'agriculture of the past, that made in the traditional way. the legumes collected and dried in the sun, kept in the dark for the rest of the' year. the 'oil produced on family land, on a farm in the territory of Calabria for over one hundred years, the same oil that was used to produce for themselves and to make a tribute to relatives or neighbors. The box is so composed: 500 grams of dried white cannellini beans, 500 grams of dried small dark lentils, 500 grams of dried chickpeas, a can of 3 liters of extra virgin olive oil cultivar Carolea and a bottle of 0.25 cl of extra virgin olive oil flavored with bergamot peels pressed together with olives.
