Our rosé was born from the need to complete the line with a fresh and joyful proposal. The wine takes its name from the place where the grapes are produced: locality Fiorello (from the dialect Hjuriadu), not far from the town of Bivongi. Pure Gaglioppo and only two hours of contact with the skins result in this Bivongi DOC rosé, a fresh, drinkable, claret-pink wine. Strictly organic, a serving temperature of 10 to 15 degrees is recommended. Ideal as an aperitif wine and to accompany appetizers and first courses, it goes well with smoked cheeses, white meats and light sliced meats
