Il formaggio ordinato da me non corrisponde a formaggio arrivato, ho ordinato 500 grammi di formaggio stagionato ed è arrivato semi stagionato,in più conservato male, praticamente da buttare

Ho fatto un ordine on line a l'8 luglio 2024 di 200 euro piu circa 100 euro di spese di spedizione per la Norvegia .
La merce doveva arrivare il 24 luglio con FedEx (scoprendo solo dopo che fedex non consegna nessun genere alimentare a prescindere).Prima punto usi un corriere che non consegna generi alimentari in aggiunta non consegnano alimenti in Norvegia 2 punto.
Il pacco sembra stia tornando al mittente dopo un mese in giro per l'italia .
Ad oggi 15 agosto dopo varie telefonate, email, pec, l'azienda testiness è completamente scomparsa.
Nessun rimborso, nessuna merce consegnata.
CI PUO STARE RITARDI ,VERCE CON QUALSIASI PROBLEMA MA NON RISPONDERE AL TELEFONO E NON RISOLVERE I PROBLEMI DEI TUOI CLIENTI E' DEL TUTTO IMBARAZZANTE..
