Ingredients for 4 people:
- yellow pumpkin: 1kg
- bread crumbs: 300g
- garlic: 4 cloves
- vinegar: 4/5 spoons
- fresh mint
- oil, salt to taste.

Clean the pumpkin, cut it in slices, salt it moderately and let it season for about 20 minutes, then rinse it, dry it and fry it. In the oil where you fried the pumpkin, add the garlic cloves and let them brown slightly, add the vinegar and let it boil for 5 minutes. At this point, arrange a layer of fried pumpkin in a container and sprinkle with bread crumbs flavored with minced garlic and mint, then drizzle with the prepared oil and vinegar. Continue this process alternating the ingredients until the end. Refrigerate and serve cold.
