    Ingredients for 4 people:
    - cleaned savoy cabbage: 600 g
    - broken spaghetti: 250 g
    - peeled tomatoes: 5/6
    - 1 onion
    - parsley, oil and salt to taste.

    Cut the savoy cabbage into strips, finely chop the onion and put it in the pan with the oil, when it becomes transparent add the chopped tomatoes, let it cook for a few minutes and add some water, as soon as it boils add the savoy cabbage, salt, cover and let it stew slowly. When it is cooked, check the cooking liquid if it is enough to cook the pasta, otherwise add more water.

    If you prefer, you can replace the pasta with rice.
