Grandma's sweet peaches

Beat the whole eggs, add the melted butter, the sugar and the finely grated lemon rind. Incorporate the flour and knead with your hands. Add the yeast and form small balls and place them at a distance on the baking sheet. Bake in a hot oven at about 200 g until the balls of dough turn yellow. Take out of the oven, empty and fill them as you like with gianduja cream, pistachio cream, almond cream or sweetened ricotta cheese. Pass them in 'Alkermes drain and pass them in sugar.


2 eggs

100 g butter

1 grated lemon

150 grs. of sugar

500 gr. of flour

gianduija cream, pistachio, almond or sweetened ricotta cheese
