This herbal tea was used to calm coughs and to decongest the respiratory tract when one was struck by flu.
Boil the whole mixture in a liter and a half (1,5 liters) of water for half an hour and let it rest for 5 minutes more.
Drain it, sweeten it with honey and drink it hot.
