    - one 400 gr. rib of beef for every two people.
    - Oil, salt, pepper.
    - Parsley, basil
    - 400 gr. about pomidoro

    In a pan with oil, sauté a tender rib of beef over a high heat. When it is golden brown on both sides remove it and keep warm. In the same pan pour into the oil, where the rib has cooked, the tomatoes peeled, seeded and cut into slices, season with salt, pepper, parsley and basil chopped. After a few minutes of cooking, place the rib with the sauce that has dripped from it on top of them: cook for a few more minutes and serve covered with its sauce.
