Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 cauliflower - capers - oil, salt, garlic - black olives - 1 glass of red wine
Clean, wash and cut the cauliflower into small bunches, put it in a pan with oil, garlic, cover well and cook over moderate heat. Halfway through cooking, add salt and wine, cover and continue cooking. From time to time uncover and stir. When the wine has evaporated the cauliflower is cooked.
