PORK BLOOD SAUSAGE

Ingredients:
- one liter of pork blood
- Sugar: 500 g
- Milk: one liter
- Dark chocolate or
cocoa: 200 g
- Chopped walnuts: 200 g
- Chopped almonds: 200 g

Mix the ingredients in a saucepan stirring well to avoid lumps. Place on the fire to cook over low heat stirring incessantly with a wooden spoon. The black pudding should cook until it becomes a very creamy mixture. When cooked, pour into earthenware containers. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and/or chopped almonds according to taste.
