Ricotta Cheese Meatballs

    Ingredients for 4 people:
    - ricotta cheese: 400 g
    - breadcrumbs: 200 g
    - cheese: 200 g
    - eggs: 2 whole, 2 yolks
    - chopped parsley
    - salt and pepper to taste.

    Put the ricotta in a bowl and work it with a fork, add the eggs and work for a few more minutes, at this point add all the ingredients and mix. Form the meatballs and fry them or cook them directly in the sauce on a moderate flame for about 20 minutes.
