Ingredients:
- Fillet of beef
- Lard
- Oil and butter
- Salt and pepper
Take a good piece of fillet of beef, splint it with thin fillets of lard, grease it abundantly with oil or butter, and thread it on a spit. When the meat is browned, season it with salt and pepper. While it cooks, continue to grease it with butter and oil, in a little over an hour it will be cooked. Serve it with a mixed salad. If you do not have a rotisserie, you can also bake the fillet in the oven, but over very high heat so that it is browned on the outside and pink and tender on the inside.
