Ingredients:
- 6 pork chops
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 pinch of fennel seeds
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Salt and pepper
Chop the garlic and put it in a pan with the oil, sprinkle on both sides with salt, pepper and a little fennel the chops and place them in the pan. Brown the chops on high heat until they have taken color on both sides, then pour some hot water over them and let them finish cooking over moderate heat. Serve hot with mashed potatoes.
