COSTATA DI MANZO ALLA MASSAIA - Tastiness Food Shop

RIB OF BEEF ALLA MASSAIA

Ingredients:
- A podolico beef rib about 400 gr. every two persons
- 300 gr. potatoes
- 50 gr. butter
- 6 small onions
- Salt and pepper.

Cut the potatoes into cubes, clean the onions and mash both of them in boiling water for a few minutes. With half of the butter brown the potatoes and onions and season with salt and pepper. In another flat casserole put the remaining butter and when it begins to fry add the rib eye steak (for the success of this dish it is necessary that the rib eye steak is of the highest quality) cooking it for five minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. In order to remain tender, the rib should be rare; place it on a serving plate surrounded by potatoes and spring onions.
