Ingredients:
- 1 veal chop per person
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
- Parsley and lemon
Brown the steak well with melted butter, salt and pepper, then place it on the grill over high heat without more salt which would cause the sauce to come out and drip while cooking, turn it once and when it is cooked put a piece of butter on top, manipulated with chopped parsley, a few drops of lemon and serve on a plate garnished with lemon.
