Semi-finished product in pure paste of organic Bergamot coming from Reggio Calabria, ideal to be used in confectionery. It is a concentrated product, without any chemical addition, ideal to be used as a semi-finished product for granitas, pastry creams, cakes, ice-creams totally artisanal. We recommend no more than 100 gr. of product per kg of dough.
