Dutch Cheese - Gouda

The most famous cheese in Holland and the Netherlands is the Gouda, a cheese with a red crust made of cow's milk, rennet exclusively from calf, salt. A particularly fat cheese, with a maturation of about 12 months, we offer it in 500 gr slices. Ideal in the kitchen for fondues, tasty sandwiches and special chopping boards.
