Sicilian wine jellies
In the jellies you can find the flavours and aromas of the wines with which they are produced. Thanks to the completely artisanal preparation, the wine is brought to the boil very quickly in order to concentrate and enhance the heady scents and aromas of the fine wines of Sicily, transferring them to the jellies. From the full-bodied and red Nero d'Avola to the delicate and yellow Insolia, from the sweet Malvasia and Zibibbo to the famous Marsala, we have used only the best of Sicilian wines.
