Sicilian Cheese - Primo Sale "Ghiotto" (Delicious)
Soft first-salt cheese. The cheese is generously enriched with rocket, chilli pepper and green olives stuffed with pepper. After about 3 days from production, it is put in brine for 72 hours and then it is seasoned for about 10-15 days and finally packaged. The milk used comes exclusively from Sicilian farms.
Produced without preservatives.
