Produced in the Ionian side of the Calabrian coast in the Grecanica area using only natural flavors, free of preservatives. Obtained from the skilful cutting of the thigh, it can be produced both from black Apulian Calabrian pigs and from semi-wild white pigs. Matured for at least 150 days, lightly smoked naturally. Gluten-free product.
