Eggplant fillets

Hand-processed on the farm according to Calabrian tradition. The vegetables are preserved following the traditional method of blanching and pressing them fresh by hand, as it has always been done in Calabria and Sicily. Only fresh aromas and first quality spices of the secular tradition such as oregano, chilli pepper and sea saltare used.

Ingredients: sliced aubergines, peppers, parsley, garlic, flavourings, olive oil.
