Calabrian Gin - GiL 0.70 l

The old customs warehouse, now for years the most renowned distillery and farm in Calabria. GiL is created from the infusion between pure grain alcohol and juniper, elderflower, Roman wormwood, angelica, grapefruit, bitter orange, sweet orange, oregano, lemon, lavender and aloe. During the filtering stage, only a linen cloth is used in order not to alter the natural character of the Spirit. It takes 12 months to prepare the distillate, which is followed by 40 days of resting in the bottle useful for imparting the authentic character typical of this distillate.
