according to the earliest written references,
to Roman times. From the best quarters
hind quarters of the best Spanish cattle breeds
obtained from the rump,
cecina is a product of the highest
quality. With natural ingredients and
oak logs that are consumed
slowly scenting the meat
dried; after twelve months you get
a unique product. Seasoning
longer than 24 months.
