Smoked Seasoned Ricotta
produced with milk from free-range pezzata cows grazing in the mountains of Calabria, matured on wooden boards in special woven wooden baskets. the ricotta is appropriately salted during the maturing process and is smoked in the last part of the maturing period. the particular choice of bushes and logs used to obtain the natural smoking process give this product a special flavour and unique scents that tell of olive, broom and chestnut trees. A single ricotta weighs about 300 gr.
