Overripe grapes are destemmed and macerated at a low temperature. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks with the addition of viticultural alcohol. Golden yellow in color with garnet highlights, the nose opens on dried and dehydrated fruit, figs and apricot. A meditation wine, it is ideal at the end of a meal to accompany almond paste desserts, chocolate, dry pastries in general.
