The grapes were destemmed, crushed and transferred into stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation took place over 8-10 days at a controlled temperature of less than 26 °C. Malolactic fermentation was completed by the beginning of winter. This was followed by a period of further ageing, first in steel for about 8 months and then in the bottle for a further 4 months. Colour Ruby red. Perfume Cherry, jam, with slight notes of violet and aniseed. Taste Input soft and fine, elegant tannins well supported by a pleasant freshness. "
