Marinated Whole Garlic

Marinated garlic, as well as being a preserve, is more digestible and has a much more delicate, almost almond-like flavor. It is suitable to be tasted in all the preparations in which you didn't add garlic because it was too heavy; moreover, seasoned with chopped capers, oregano, chilli pepper and oil it is excellent even to be served as an appetizer!

Ingredients: whole garlic, olive oil, chilli pepper, parsley, black pepper.

If you love spices, you can add rosemary, cloves or pink pepper to the marinated garlic. You can also enrich your garlic with an infinite variety of spices such as rosemary, chilli, sage, pepper and more.
