Typical nougat of Calabria from the intense and aromatic taste: obtained thanks to the cooking and processing of honey, sugar and unpeeled toasted almonds. covered with honey or chocolate, with or without candied fruit. the package contains a mix of assorted flavors. the most typical combinations in the areas of production sees this sweet alongside the raisin wine of Zibibbo grapes grown in the typical terraces called armacie
ingredients: almonds, honey and egg white, raw materials that in Calabria are of first choice. Calabrian orange honey is particularly aromatic and rich in sugar. The quality of the almonds is grantita: they are the Sicilian ones of Avola.
