Scilla Red IGT Calabria
Ruby red color and fruity, slightly sweet taste tending to sweet, bears the name of the enchanting and mythological Scylla place of the mythical songs of the Homeric Sirens. It is produced with Nerello, Malvasia Nera and Gaglioppo grapes. Well-balanced, with very soft but vinous tannins which, if served chilled, can be combined with fish dishes. It accompanies the whole meal with sweetness, but it is exalted with cheeses and fresh ricotta in particular. It is preferably served fresh.
