Calabrian-style ready-made sauces with IGP Tropea onions
we have selected six ready-made sauces made with: tomatoes grown in the open field, selected and harvested by hand, the sweetest red onion from Tropea IGP and the main ingredients of Calabrian cuisine such as tuna, nduja from Spilinga, black truffle, basil, peppers and much more. Union between the tradition given by the red onion of Tropea, tomato and some typical products of the territory. Everything is cooked in Italian extra virgin olive oil, salted as needed and bottled pasteurized. The result is six sauces ready to heat and use as a condiment.
