    Typical Calabrian pasta from the Gioia Tauro plain, made with wholemeal flour, which gives it its classic, ancient dark colour. It is seasoned with sauces made with very hot chilli peppers, salted anchovies and anchovies in oil, garlic, oil and chilli peppers. Another typical recipe is with legumes, especially chickpeas, but also with the entrails of stockfish.
