suggestion: Pizza with deer salami, rocket and radicchio, a very special recipe with a very strong taste. Turn on the oven and set the temperature to maximum heat. Slice the buffalo mozzarella, cut it into cubes, collect the diced cheese in a colander and let it drain for a few minutes. In the meantime, cut the deer salami into not too thin slices. Work the dough on a lightly floured pastry board and roll out the dough into a shape about 1/2 cm, being careful to leave the edge about 1 cm high. Spread the mozzarella over the pizza, bake at maximum heat and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven, stuff with the rocket and chopped radicchio, and season with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Finish with the deer salami and serve.
