The vineyards planted on the plateau of Gebelias, are naturally protected from the whipping of the mistral and tramontana winds, lashings that would otherwise hit the vines like arrows; only those of ostrocco and scirocco, which come directly from the sea, are allowed to blow gently between the rows to encourage flowering; Cannonau, a variety that has been cultivated for thousands of years in Sardinia, is thus able to produce at its best, giving us "Riak", the emblem of Sardinia, which in Arabic means wind and which seems to take its soul from the wind.
Grape variety: Selection of Cannonau grapes, coming from the vineyards planted in the sweet plateau of Gebelias in the countryside of Loceri;
Qualification: Cannonau di Sardegna D.O.C. rosé;
Vinification: The must flower, obtained from the whole bunch placed in a soft press, is left in contact with the skins for about 6-8 hours at temperatures below 10 ° C, after which it is started a fermentation kept strictly at low temperatures.
Appearance : Intense cherry pink colour with light pink nuances.
