Parma Ham D.O.P.
The fire-printed crown, the quality of the PDO product, the signature left by each component of the supply chain; all so that we can at any time trace and verify every single step which guarantees that the finished product is exactly what we are looking for. The ham is obtained only from Italian legs of heavy pigs, ideal for an excellent product characterized by ripe, firm, compact and savoury meat. The slow seasoning that goes on for at least 18 months gives sweetness and taste to the ham. Main features: delicate and sweet flavour, slightly salty with fragrant aroma. Bone-in leg of about 8 kg.
Ingredients: Italian pork meat, salt, natural flavourings.
