Traditional Olive Oil
We offer the 'oil produced in Calabria farm in the territory of the province of Reggio Calabria. The olive farm consists of more than 70 hectares between secular olive groves and new plants on which dwell about 20,000 olive trees of which about 10,000 from the cultivar "Carolea", the remaining cultivars are ottobratica, nocellara etnea and sinopolese. The oil is bottled in glass and stored in tins in different formats depending on your needs. The oil of the farm Kouvala is to be used every day and is exceptional on fish, meat, raw vegetable salads but also to be eaten raw on a slice of bread. The latest sensory analysis giveacidity less than 0.3°. Scrolling through the drop-down menu you can choose between the various formats in bottles or tins and between virgin or extra virgin. The oil is microfiltered and the duration of the oil is, as per law, 12 months from packaging.
