Brandan Cheese - Pecorino Toscano alla Birra 400 gr.

cheese made from sheep's milk. The wheels, once ripened for about twenty days, are placed in terracotta jars from the village of Petroio (Si). Inside these noble containers the cheese matures with a recipe based on Tuscan spelt and beer. The aromas released inside these reduced environments give the pecorino an intense yet extremely elegant flavor.

Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, pear aroma, diced pear, rennet, selected milk enzymes. Non-edible rind.
