    On the slopes of Etna, in the municipality of Linguaglossa, at 650 meters above sea level, Rosaro is born, a Sicilian rosé wine with Etna IGP designation. Produced in a climate of high hills with significant changes in temperature between day and night. from Nerello Mascalese 80%, 20% Nerello Cappuccio bred to tree. The grapes are cold pressed for about twenty-four hours. After twenty-four hours it is racked. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 18-20° in steel tanks. The wine is left to mature for a short period in 70% steel tanks and 30% oak casks before being bottled. Refinement: In bottle for 2 months. The alcohol content is 12% vol. It goes very well with light meats and cold cuts.
