Box - Macaroni with Nduja
One of the most famous first courses of the Calabrian tradition. Macaroni with nduja of Spilinga is a tasty and delicately spicy first course, made with ready ingredients of the highest quality. Inside the box you will find:
500 gr. Calabrian macaroni made by hand, al ferretto and dried slowly.
A 370 ml bottle of ready-made sauce with nduja of Spilinga and natural flavours.
A salted ricotta weighing about 250 gr. made of sheep's milk ideal for grating.
To finish inside the box you will find all the instructions to follow to prepare the dish in no more than 15 minutes. We suggest you pair this first course with a 0.75 cl bottle of Cirò Rosso DOC from a Calabrian winery.
