Tuna Botargo - Grated
From the marine tradition of the Mediterranean, in particular from the sea surrounding the Egadi islands in Sicily, comes the experience and the technique that today make this product unique. The ancient tuna trap of Favignana, now in disuse, has often passed on the art of processing Mediterranean tuna. This is where the tuna botargo that we offer comes from, finely grated in a glass jar with a shelf life of over 24 months. It is used in gourmet cuisine to flavour and enhance first courses, main courses or side dishes with marinated fragrances that cannot be repeated.
