Bavette with Sepia
Produced with Italian wheat and dried slowly, they are kneaded by hand with real squid ink. This is the origin of a unique pasta, a dish almost ready, fragrant and delicate, only to be cooked and seasoned simply as you like. We suggest, once cooked, to add the bavette to a chopped garlic, parsley oil, fresh cuttlefish shaded with white wine and possibly to finish the good hot chili flakes.
