Greco di Bianco Pasiito DOC Wine The wine of the Idei of Locride in Greek mythology.

It has a yellow colour tending towards golden with possible amber reflections and an intense, very persistent, ample, floral, slightly aromatic bouquet, with delicate hints of orange blossom and citrus honey, dried figs and candied fruit; a sweetish-sweet taste, very warm, more than soft, not very fresh, quite savoury, decidedly full-bodied, fairly balanced. It has a minimum alcohol content of 17°C and must be aged for a year.
