It is a dry white wine grown on terraces in the geographical area of Bivongi in Calabria in the middle of the Grecanica area overlooking the Ionian Sea south of Reggio Calabria. Its name comes from the geographical place where the company vineyards are located in the surroundings of the village. The autochthonous grapes Ansonica, Guardavalle and Malvasia Bianca are cultivated strictly with the method of organic farming, are vinified in white and processed with soft pressing. The result is a dry white wine, straw-coloured with golden hues. It has a fresh and delicate bouquet and a structured taste with hints of exotic fruit. To be served cold.

Soil composition Loose, alluvial nature. Training system: counter-espalier with guyot pruning. Planting density 4500 vines per hectare. Age of the vines 15 years. Yield per hectare 70 q.li/ha. Average production per plant 1.5 kg. Harvest period beginning of September. Alcohol 12%.

Bottle size Classic Bordelaise.

Fermentation: the must ferments at a controlled temperature: about 16°. Colour Straw yellow

Nose Hints of exotic fruit. Taste Fresh, pleasant, balanced

Serving temperature 12°.

Food pairing: traditional Mediterranean first courses, fish and white meat main courses, cold cuts and cheese boards.
