Amistral - Vermentino di Sardegna DOC

Amistral of Tenute Gebelias is a Vermentino obtained from grapes harvested in the Gebelias plateau, in the Ogliastra territory of Barisardo. Brilliant straw yellow color with greenish hues, Amistral has light floral and fresh fruit scents, with an elegant mineral finish that completes the harmony. The taste is full and smooth, with a long and clean finish. We suggest to match it with fish dishes, shellfish, fresh cheeses, vegetables at a temperature of 8 - 10 °C.
